Solid-state thermal isolation sensor die eliminating fragile membranes for harsh industrial gas piping.
Features ACT's third-generation thermal flow die with dual thermopiles for mass flow detection. Solid state isolation eliminates surface cavities and fragile membranes, resisting clogging and pressure shock. Available as AS40V analog and AS40D I²C.
