Third-generation solid-state thermal flow sensor die with analog AS30V and digital I²C AS30D outputs.

Features third-generation thermal flow die benefiting from microfabrication. Thermopiles detect changes in temperature gradient caused by mass flow, delivering excellent signal-to-noise and repeatability. Resistant to clogging and pressure shock.
